Responsibilities

  • Prepare the various menu items in accordance with the Toujours Mikes recipes and their established time frames;
  • Prepare the food for the service of the dishes;
  • Maintain consistency in the quality of the preparation in terms of taste, appearance and degree of cooking of the dishes;
  • Unpack and store groceries in refrigerators, storerooms and other storage areas;
  • Store products and preparations according to shelf life and stock rotation;
  • Apply hygiene and sanitation rules as well as occupational health and safety rules;
  • Ensure the cleanliness and constant organization of his or her workstation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure;
  • Good physical health.

Schedule

Your schedule may vary with the possibility of working full and part time. You may be required to work weekends and holidays. Schedules may include split hours. We always remain flexible to balance work, pleasure and personal life.
