Do you say hello to strangers you meet on the street? Have you ever thought about becoming a host/hostess? At the reception, you'll make the first contact with customers at the door according to Toujours Mikes standards. You'll also have other fun tasks to help your colleagues in the dining room.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers at the reception, present the menu, make suggestions, and answer questions about the menu;
  • Thank the customer upon departure, inquire about their satisfaction and invite them to come back;
  • Clean and keep track of dining room menus;
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer service skills;
  • Interpersonal skills and dynamism;
  • Excellent ability to adapt and collaborate;
  • Excellent in French;
  • Good understanding of English (asset).
