Do you say hello to strangers you meet on the street? Have you ever thought about becoming a counter staff? In this position, you'll greet customers and take telephone orders while helping your colleagues in the dining room.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers at the counter, present the menu, make suggestions and answer questions;
  • Take reservations and orders by phone
  • Take orders for takeout/delivery and transmit them to the kitchen staff via the POS system;
  • Prepare and serve beverages, condiments and desserts;
  • Serve takeout meals and ensure quality service;
  • Supply the service areas;
  • Prepare invoices, collect money and balance financial transactions for the day;
  • Ensure the constant cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent adaptability and collaboration skills
  • Excellent understanding (and spoken) of French
  • Good understanding of English

Schedule

Your schedule may vary with the possibility of working full and part time. Schedules may include split hours. We always remain flexible to reconcile work, pleasure and personal life!
