It was during the recording of an episode of the Rince-Crème podcast that the pizza pompier was born. Les Denis Drolet made a "prank call" to one of our restaurants, ordering a pizza pompier to see the employee’s reaction. Following the broadcast of this episode, we received dozens of messages from their listeners asking for the pizza pompier. The joke quickly turned into a project, and now, a reality.

The Toujours Mikes team contacted les Denis Drolet, asking them how they imagined this famous pizza pompier. They came back with a list of ingredients, and a few months later, we're proud to launch the Pizza Pompier on our menu, imagined by Les Denis Drolet and designed by our Chef; with a spicy pizza sauce, pepperoni, smoked bacon, sautéed onions, a stuffed crust brushed with Frank's RedHot sauce and chicken bites topped with Frank's RedHot sauce, it truly lives up to its name.
