This fall at Toujours Mikes, you're the chef! Now, when we say you're the chef, we don't mean we're waiting for you in the kitchen to make Co-Vedette subs. What we mean is that it's you, and nearly 1,000 other people, who have decided which dishes will be on our menu for the next few months. In fact, we polled our Facebook community to find out which of our dishes (of all time) we should bring back on the menu. We selected the 4 dishes that came up most often in the comments, and put them back on the menu, for a limited time. From September 3 to November 24, 2024 discover Quebec Faves at Toujours Mikes!

Without further ado, here are your 4 favorite dishes of all time at Toujours Mikes:
Spaghettini bolognese with meatballs : Spaghettini with Bolognese sauce topped with three beef and pork meatballs covered with Neapolitan sauce.
5 cheese Gondola: Neapolitan sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, Monterey Jack and Cantonnier cheeses wrapped in a pizza dough brushed with garlic spread and topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with a choice of fries, Caesar salad, house salad or seasoned fries.
Chicken bacon BBQ sunshine pizza: Barbecue sauce, chicken breast strips (plant-based chicken available), bacon, mushrooms, and three-cheese blend (plant-based cheese available). On a sun-shaped pizza dough.
Volcano: A mountain of ice cream, brownies, whipped cream and caramel, topped with chocolate coulis and a rim dipped in chocolate ganache and crushed almonds.
There's nothing better to accompany your meal than a good beer, your fave, of course. We suggest Coors Light, a favorite of Quebecers, for its freshness and crisp yet smooth taste.
