  • Plan and direct activities related to food preparation and service;
  • Teach servers how to prepare, garnish and present food;
  • Explain new recipes and equipment to the dining room staff;
  • Maintain a positive work environment;
  • Recruit and hire dining room staff with the approval of the manager or franchisee;
  • Assess beverage and labor needs and costs;
  • Order food, supplies and dining room equipment;
  • Ensure food quality is up to standard;
  • Oversee the organization of equipment and staff activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Team player;
  • Customer service skills;
  • Experience in cooking and/or management;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.


Your work schedule will be fixed except for overtime. You will have to work evenings, weekends and some holidays. We always remain flexible to balance work, pleasure and personal life.
