The velvety lobster bisque is a house favorite, topped with house-made croutons. Our crisp lobster salad is packed with fresh lobster meat & shrimp, along with celery, lettuce, onions, and mayonnaise, and served on three toasted slices of bread. You can enjoy this delicious offering with your choice of plain or seasoned fries or a house or Caesar salad.

If you're in the mood for lobster and shrimp, try the Rouleaux Homard et Crevettes. This pizza-inspired dish features both types of seafood atop our homemade pizza dough, topped with mozzarella cheese and herb oil, and rolled for baking. It's served with a basil aioli dipping sauce. Another pizza option features Alfredo sauce, shrimp and lobster, bacon, cheese, and arugula, served with basil aioli and your choice of side dish.

Enjoy a house-made salad with lobster atop a bed of lettuce and arugula, red and green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and tangy goat cheese. We also serve the ultimate in comfort food: linguine tossed in a creamy lobster sauce with tomatoes, white wine, and garlic, topped with shrimp, lobster, mushrooms, and fresh arugula. We Love Gaspé Lobster, We Think You Will Too

The lobster we use in our delicious dishes comes from Gaspésie, a region in Eastern Canada. The lobster are caught in the Gaspé Peninsula and have been deemed practically perfect, according to the eco-certification given by the Marine Stewardship Council. Only a few hundred groups of fishers hold this certification. Gaspé lobster is only available for a few months out of the year. 

Fishers and lobster catchers agree that the meat from these lobsters tastes better than other types of lobsters because they live in the cold, clear waters of St. Lawrence's northern gulf. Their habitat on the rocky seabeds of this cold water results in tender yet firm white flesh that tastes delicious. Each lobster weighs more than a pound, so it will have quite a bit of meat beneath its hard shell. 

You can feel good about eating Gaspé lobster because they are stocked, protected, and raised by the certified fishers, so they will be around for a long time. The sustainable farming of lobsters in the area ensures that everyone who wants a taste can get one.
